Job Title: Asbestos Litigation Paralegal
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Salary Range: $55K-$70K DOE
Position Type: Onsite, 5 days/week, full-time schedule, direct-hire


LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client's Asbestos Litigation group.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize new file folders and trial binders.
  • Track daily activity through email alerts and update case files and trial lists.
  • Calendar essential filing deadlines and update trial binders.
  • Prepare releases or dismissal orders as cases progress.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and documents such as Motions for Summary Judgment, Discovery Requests and Answers, Pleadings, Deposition Designations, Motions in Limine, etc.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly case reports as clients request.
  • Log and enter billable time into Prolaw billing (or similar) system.
  • Handle State and Federal CM/ECF filings in Allegheny County, Philadelphia County, and West Virginia.

Qualifications:

If you have 3+ years of recent Paralegal experience supporting busy attorneys with complex litigation in a US law firm and you can work full-time onsite 5 days/week \u2013 apply today!
