Description

  • Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Oversee the work of construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, site photos, and change orders
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to address project challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project team members
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, and community stakeholders

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
  • Extensive knowledge of wood frame construction techniques and building codes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Valid driver's license
