Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

Our client, a leader in warehouse operations, is seeking an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

Location: Zelienople, PA

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform activities related to the receipt, shipment, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
• Operate equipment and machinery as necessary to support warehouse operations.
• Prepare and maintain records and documents, including shipping documents and sales orders.
• Document raw materials and finished goods inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Adequate math skills to support inventory management.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend written instructions and procedures.
• Motivation to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
