Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. This position will located at our Grand Rapids, MI facility. Relocation benefits will be provided within the United States only. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating across functional disciplines to achieve customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage performance against customer requirements in accordance with contract obligations, terms and conditions. Additionally, you will ensure timely and effective customer communications internally and externally to fulfill contract obligations meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery expectations and develop and maintain relationships that foster additional growth opportunities. The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do: Lead a team of customer service representatives and directly supports certain key customers. Function as primary focal point of contact for assigned customer related inquiries and represent the voice of the customer within the facility. Act as the point of contact with the customer on assigned accounts. Maintain successful, long-term business relationships and contacts with high-level customer procurement. Perform purchase order reviews of all orders for customer requirements to ensure that the Associate Representative (i.e., Order Administration) is processing orders per negotiated requirements including pricing, payment, and shipping terms, and importing and exporting requirements. Provide guidance as requested to the Customer Service team, Customer Service Manager and Plant Manager on customer subject matters. Ensure proposal compliance in support of large commercial and Government contracts. Basic knowledge of technical requirements including FAA requirements for repair, PMA purchases, CAS/TINA requirements, and assures compliance with export control regulations -ITAR. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of five (5) years customer service experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience with SAP. Experience supervising direct reports. Experience supporting aerospace.
