As a BuildPro Administrator you are responsible for daily maintenance and
troubleshooting of the Build Pro system, as well as providing support for the
Scheduling Expeditors. You will also assist all divisions with training and
troubleshooting.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Must have broad understanding of BuildProBroad understanding of Templates and Template Management * Assist Divisions with setting up Buildpro templates and adjusting to capture correct cycle times * Assist divisions improve cycle timesImplement training documents and travel to divisions to help training * Audit user access and maintain user profiles and access * Assist with integration errors between Newstar and Buildpro
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**
* Exceptional communication skills -- both written andverbal * Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key businesspartners * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills and time management skills * Ability to establish and maintain strongrelationships * Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Must have proficient BuildPro experience
