Our client in Irwin is seeking a Facilities Manager to join the team. Position will be 7am-330PM Monday - Friday with possible OT depending on equipment and building maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities:- Manage routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of the building's systems and machinery, including hydraulic, HVAC, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including compressors, valves, actuators, and related components.- Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, starters, control systems, and wiring, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.- Conduct inspections and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems to ensure operational reliability and compliance with safety standards.- Fabricate and weld parts using a variety of materials and tools to repair or replace damaged components when needed.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, labor hours, and equipment status for ongoing operations and future planning.- Lead the response to emergency breakdowns, ensuring prompt repairs to minimize production interruptions and operational downtime.- Assist with the installation of new equipment, as well as the upgrading or replacement of outdated systems to enhance facility performance.Job RequirementsRequirements:- Proven experience in facility maintenance with a strong focus on hydraulics, HVAC, pneumatics, and electrical systems.- Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.- Strong knowledge and experience with pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.- Proficiency in fabrication, welding, and using hand and power tools to create or repair components.- Experience working with 480V electrical systems, including motors, control panels, and wiring.- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
