Manufacturing Assembly Tech
Pay Rate: 26-33/hr
Redmond, WA – onsite 5 days a week
Shift times:
Front Half:
Sun – Wed – 1st shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Sun – Wed – 2nd shift: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM
Back Half:
Wed – Sat – 1st shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Wed – Sat – 2nd shift: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM
Must Haves:
- 1 year manufacturing or supply chain experience
- 1 year of electrical-mechanical assembly, final integration, and/or harness integration experience
- High school diploma/GED
Plusses:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Experience in high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools
Must be able to work Sun - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday (4x10 hour shifts) either starting at 6am or 3pm on those days.
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
- ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
- CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawings
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
- Prior military service a plus

Key job responsibilities
- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures
Compensation:
$26-33/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
