Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
Architect large-scale AI data systems across SQL and NoSQL databases. Push the boundaries of database design, data modeling, and performance optimization. Build and optimize graph data stores to supercharge AI/ML applications. Lead data security implementations and tackle ambitious technical projects. Collaborate across teams to enhance application performance and navigate big data complexities. Review and refine ML code, improving quality and scalability. Drive learning and innovation by leading design reviews and tech talks. Develop and test software using tools like Jenkins and SonarQube, ensuring robust performance. Monitor and enhance data pipeline performance while keeping pace with emerging technologies. Qualifications:
2+ years
of hands-on experience in AI, ML, and database engineering. A
Master's degree
in a relevant field. Expertise in supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised ML approaches and knowing when to use each. Proficiency in graph-native ML pipelines for feature engineering and evaluation. Ability to design and apply formal ontologies to graph data modeling. Mastery of programming languages like
Java, Python, or JavaScript . Deep understanding of graph databases-property graph models, Cypher Query Language, and graph algorithms. Familiarity with tools like
Maven ,
Jenkins ,
SonarQube , and
Apache Zookeeper . Experience with
SQL database design , REST API development, and relational data modeling. Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Kafka, Apache Spark, Hadoop). Valued Experience:

$85,000 - $120,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Required Education: 1+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML
Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is
$120,000 - $150,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Required Education: 8+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Principal Software Engineer, AI/ML
Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is
$150,000 - $228,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Required Education: 12+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
