** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration.**
Description:
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or external customers Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts Maintains and updates records and tracking databases Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 11AM-7PM Monday-Friday, 12PM-8PM Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience (5 years of applicable experience can be substituted for the degree) Certification:
IAT level 1 required within first 6 months of start date Desired:
