Secret Chief of Staff (Hybrid)

An employer is looking for a Secret Cleared Chief of Staff for a large-scale space & ground system acquisition program in the El Segundo, CA area on a hybrid basis. The Chief of Staff will work directly along side the colonel and will work closely with DoD senior-level clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the timely delivery of capability to meet mission objectives. They will manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance of contracts, as well as prioritize and coordinate high-priority, high-visibility tasks and initiatives set by the PM and advise senior-level clients on courses of action (COAs).
Hourly rate: $50-94/hr depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience - Active Secret Clearance - Bachelors - 8+ years of experience managing DoD acquisition program baseline (APB) - 8+ years of experience with program management - Experience supporting senior-level clients, contributing at Program Management, Technical Reviews, and Risk Review Boards, and at the Integrated Product Team (IPT)-level
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Military background - Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or Jira - PMP Certification - Agile Certification
