Secret Acquisition Program Integrator (Hybrid)

An employer is looking for a Secret Cleared Acquisition Program Integrator for a large-scale space & ground system acquisition program in the El Segundo, CA area on a hybrid basis. The Program Integrator will work closely with our DoD clients, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives through integrating Strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community and managing technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. They will develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), participate in source selections, and perform technical evaluations of proposals. They will also help to implement Agile frameworks and methodologies across teams. Pay rate: $40-83/hr depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience - Active Secret Clearance or higher - Bachelor's Degree - 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations - 7+ years of experience implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies - Knowledge of Agile programs like Agile Release Train (ART), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Nexus, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), or Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) - Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience with DoD space and ground technologies and systems - Master's Degree
