We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing social media strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and engagement. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and communicate with teams about various events, such as organizing webinars and planning of events. Collaborate and engage with cross-department teams to ensure the successful execution of events. Develop comprehensive event timelines and create marketing materials and designs to support events. Track the status and progress of events and ensure adherence to plans. Social Media Management: Create and implement engaging social media strategies to promote the companys brand and events across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, YouTube Shorts and more. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and optimize content for better engagement. Manage and regularly update content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content. Contribute to graphic design tasks to create visually appealing content for the company brand and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns aimed at driving event attendance and audience engagement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning, social media management, or marketing coordination. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. Why Join Us?
