We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.
Our Data Entry Specialists are responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. In addition to following the policies and procedures established within the imaging center and in compliance with the customers specifications, candidates will ensure all images and data received the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
Index Key Data into multiple software applications ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Print Document Control Sheets for all records
Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirement of HighSchool Diploma and or equivalent
Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Work independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
