Supervisor, Marketing Science
As a Supervisor on our Marketing Science team, you with high-profile client teams and marketing science leads to manage resources, implement process improvements and a tight-knit account team consisting of analysts, media planners, and strategists as they work cross-functionally to analyze data and deliver valuable and relevant insights. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our client's marketing strategy.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$80,000-$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our client's marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative data
- A passion for digital marketing, research, and analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing
- Comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies and research techniques
- Experience/familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools CM360, Google Analytics 4, Flashtalking, Integral Ad Science, DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Ad Forum, Sizmek etc.
- Experience/familiarity with syndicated research sources/tools Gfk, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, Dynata, Cint, Kantar, Video Amp, ComScore, Pathmatics, AdIntel, etc
- Experience/familiarity with digital ad effectiveness research
- Working knowledge of clean rooms and taxonomy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in implementing and lead charge on measurement frameworks, learning agendas, test & learn plans
- Previous Pharm experience is desired
- Working closely with cross department leads to help drive overall strategy and associated tactics to meet client's goals
- Receiving and prioritizing deliverables, as well as ad hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time and to client expectations
- Effectively presenting recommendations and ideas as well as merchandising successes through storytelling
- Bringing new proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow business
- Supporting team leads with day-to-day requests as well as ongoing deliverables by disseminating and delegating appropriately across the team
- Educating team on latest trends, best practices, technologies, etc.
- Identifying and propose ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Displaying deep-rooted understanding of business concepts and client objectives to identify campaign opportunities
- Understanding of how to plan, optimize and implement measurement plans and learning agenda
- Demonstrating understanding of third-party tracking platforms and their respective integrations in measurement and attribution
- Developing and activating outcomes of data-informed strategy and research
- Analyzing data, extracting knowledge, and storytelling with visual aids to multiple audiences (internal and external), to extract and present the latest and greatest opportunities to move the business forward
- Effectively presenting data-informed strategic and tactical plans to internal and external teams
- Continually looking for opportunities to optimize the media mix and tactics based on data trends
