Volt is looking for a qualified Document Specialist for our client located in Carpinteria CA. In this role, you will update logs, databases, catalogs, and other quality documents primarily by use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Document Specialist Duties:
Update logs, databases and catalogues in support of the quality system, guidelines and processes.
Coordinate the review and revision of procedures, specifications and forms, such as quality manuals and standard operating procedures.
Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate the compilation and maintenance of regulatory filing documents and maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems, including archiving documentation according to regulatory requirements.
May maintain documentation such as good manufacturing practices (GMP), good laboratory practices (GLP), and good clinical practices (GCP) procedure manuals and change authorizations in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
May provide training on quality documentation tracking systems and processes
Document Specialist Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Highschool diploma or GED
Posses a high attention to detail
Previous experience using Agile software is a plus, or other product lifecycle management programs are a plus, but not required.?
Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour
