Price & Ramey is looking for a P&C Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day account management for clients of our in the Tri-cities. We are looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Producers in all aspects of servicing and marketing of new & renewal business; beginning to end.
  • Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
  • Create professional-quality Risk Management Summaries/Proposals and Annual Reviews for clients via AMS360, Word, and Adobe.
  • Participate in meetings and calls to assist in the development of client presentations; provide loss analysis for Client.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance company underwriters and representatives to effectively market new and renewal business as directed by producers.
  • Manage all policy and client-related correspondence documentation within the agency management system (AMS360).

Requirements:

  • Valid Tennessee Property & Casualty License preferred.
  • Strong understanding and ability to execute rating for the underwriting process including new and renewal business.
  • Exceptional customer service to a book of business consisting of a variety of complex accounts is a must
  • Superior work ethic, prompt and regular attendance
  • Strict compliance with NDA’s as respects highly confidential prospective and current client information
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong customer resolution skills
  • Self-starting and problem-solving skills along with curiosity and research skills for gathering information used in completing applications
  • Proficiency with DocuSign, Excel, Adobe, Word and online carrier rating sites is required.
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of carriers and in a collaborative, hands-on team environment required
  • Project and complex, high-net-worth Account Management experience preferred
