Job Description
We are seeking at least 3 years of prior Procurement experience.
The primary job function of the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain role is to support price optimization and operations analytics for the SIGNATURE ENERGY organization, and is fully remote. Specifically, the role will be responsible for conducting pricing analysis, along with the implementation of the company's pricing strategy. This includes but is not limited to revenue and margin management through pricing analysis based on financial targets coupled with supply and transportation contracts. This individual will assist in the daily and weekly price optimization strategy, so to be successful, strong analytical skills and business savviness is vital. This team member will develop and use analytics tools to draw insights and provide actionable recommendations while exhibiting higher-order critical thinking under ambiguous situations.
The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organization skills, desire for continued learning, flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and ownership of job functions. In addition, the individual will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization as well as external contacts. The Senior Analyst must be comfortable operating business functions during unforeseen supply chain issues including terminal and pipeline delays, quality issues, weather events and unplanned refinery disruptions. Furthermore, it is critical for the individual to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
The position will ensure pricing is accurate for all FBOs, terminals, and customers served. An individual adept with finance, supply chain or logistics operations will assist in the transport, distribution, and sourcing of refined products. Coupled with the ability to make data-driven decisions through leveraging statistical analysis, and effectively promoting process optimization.

Responsibilities
- Execute pricing strategy through partnership with internal stakeholders to implement pricing strategies along with process improvement initiatives
- Provide timely updates regarding supply and logistics opportunities to effectively capture operational revenue through margin optimization due to market dynamics
- Maintain and update all internal pricing databases (supplier, transportation, etc.) along with the customer account setup process and continued management
- Conduct analysis to identify actionable insights around daily and weekly price optimization strategy
- Analyze performance of active supply and transportation contracts (confirm and validate primary supply and carrier contracts are being fully utilized)
- Develop and implement analytics dashboards and tools to identify actionable business decisions
- Monitor pricing indices for market trends and communicate real time recommendations to capture market arbitrage opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal stakeholders to formulate sufficient margins for all RFP opportunities
- Ad-hoc projects as identified by the Manager, Pricing Analytics
- Create and build new tools to improve process efficiency and promote daily accountability
- Adapt to an ever-changing supply and logistics environment providing support and assistance when needed
- We are seeking at least 3 years of prior Procurement experience.
- 4 years of professional work experience
- Minimum Education (including degrees, certificates, licenses, registrations):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations, or Business Analytics. Master's degree preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Pivots, etc.) and Power Point.
- Previous experience with enterprise systems would be advantageous.
- Experience with query generation. SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization software, specifically Power BI.
- Previous experience collaborating among multiple teams/departments.
