Senior Logistics Analyst

Description SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst Sr to support the US Navy in Hanahan, SC. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise team members in daily functions and task. Responsible for the supply chain of a MADIS / LMADIS project, including the acquisition, distribution, and disposal of products and Material. Manage material using Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) tools from point of equipment origin to delivery to installation activity or shipyard Monitor, correct, and report material record discrepancies Reconcile receiving, shipping, and warehouse inventory reports Document, track, and report daily deliveries, shipments, and internal material movements Collaborate with material handlers and other warehouse/logistics staff to ensure timely, efficient packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) of material Coordinate and expedite the flow of material to and from various departments Audit inventory and material handling processes Analyze metrics relating to supply effectiveness Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Qualifications: Six (6) years of experience, to include: Supervisory or warehouse lead at a DoD facility Financial management Logistics support for projects involving electronic / electrical and installation, ordering acquisition, distribution of material, equipment, and resources Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in CMPRO CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Public Trust security clearance. Active clearances accepted. Desired Qualifications: Forklift certification SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
