Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

Location: 202 S Goad Springs St. Lowell, AR.

Job Title: Integrated Account Servicing (IAS) Collateral Review Specialist

The IAS Collateral Review Specialist at Arvest performs servicing functions that support the Loan Collateral Management department. They strive to optimize the customer experience while ensuring the bank's desired lien position is secured and released timely. They maintain a high level of accuracy and provide proactive communication and support to the bank and shared services associates.

What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Review work queues, process inquiries initiated daily by customers and third parties, and complete requests within established timelines. Perform follow-up with customers, third parties and/or internal associates as needed.
• Review paid-out reports and prepare collateral release documents for non-real estate collateral in accordance with bank procedures and applicable regulations.
• Review loan documents to ensure correct collateral ownership and file electronic liens with various states for titled property collateral.
• Review incoming perfected collateral documentation physically or digitally to verify the bank's lien and image of the loan file.
• Process and distribute incoming mail based on collateral type and assignment.
• Analyze and input data into various system applications and ensure that the integrity and accuracy of information are maintained.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank to facilitate the smooth processing of collateral documentation and resolve issues.
• Perform all duties within established department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate questionable transactions and reoccurring issues to management in a clear and timely manner.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Responsibilities:

Toolbox for Success:
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Preferred:
• Arvest CBS/Signature experience.
• Knowledge of collateral types and legal requirements.
• Experience with real estate or non-real estate collateral perfection or paid-outs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to lending and collateral management.
