Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Wilsonville, Oregon. As an integral part of our finance department, the Accounting Clerk will perform various accounting functions such as account reconciliation, handling accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and manage billing functions

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision

• Regularly perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy

• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Address customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitor customer account activity and take necessary action when needed

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring that statements and records comply with company and system balances
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing bills and payments
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), overseeing incoming payments and invoices
• Proficient in Billing, preparing invoices for services rendered or goods sold
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in Invoice Processing, reviewing and verifying invoice details
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, managing data and performing financial calculations
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software, for maintaining financial data and generating reports
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, for managing and paying bills, and payroll functions
• Experience with SAP financial software, for managing business operations and customer relations
