LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 4 years of experience in an administrative role, or directly supporting executives. This is a Direct Hire role located in Manhattan, New York.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 4 years of experience in an administrative role, or directly supporting executives. This is a Direct Hire role located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time and productivity.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Compile and organize data for financial analysis and decision-making.
- Handle all correspondence and communication on behalf of the CFO, including emails, phone calls, and written documents.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Implement and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the CFO's initiatives and projects.
- Event organization, contacting internal and external teams, organizing accordingly prepping relevant information
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Concur
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask
- 4 years of experience directly supporting Executives
