Role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing, Consulting to lead dynamic, high-impact workshops on core marketing disciplines, including paid media marketing online strategies and offline marketing strategies. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about driving innovative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate would have experience with direct response marketing especially around driving sales, qualified booked calls, qualified leads, etc.

You will join a talented team of high performers. You will be running workshops every week in person. You will also guide and collaborate with videographers and editors. Together, you will turn great experiences from your workshops into compelling content. This content will boost brand positioning and drive engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Presenting: Deliver engaging, in-person workshops weekly, equipping clients with cutting-edge marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions tailored to different business needs, ensuring actionable takeaways for all participants.
  • Use real-world examples and case studies to demonstrate the application of marketing concepts.
  • Adapt presentation styles and materials based on client industry, skill level, and goals.
  • Incorporate live feedback and Q&A segments to address specific client challenges in real-time.
  • Continuously refine workshop content based on participant feedback and evolving industry trends.
  • Coordinate with support staff to ensure all necessary tools, materials, and technology are prepared for seamless workshop execution.
  • Creating: Collaborate closely with videographers and editors to transform workshop content into high-quality assets that enhance brand positioning and engagement.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader, shaping marketing strategies and mentoring business owners to elevate their performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align consulting initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Client and Acquisition.com : Collaborate with clients and Acquisition.com to enhance their marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and tailored recommendations.
  • Tool Management: Oversee the deployment and effective utilization of competitive insight tools, such as SEMrush, SpyFu, and SimilarWeb, to drive data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Asset Creation: Make reusable asset slide decks (playbooks) for our specific knowledge. Capture marketing best practices into actionable content.

Results
  • You optimize our consulting Marketing efforts, resulting in:
  • Maintain a 75% or Higher CSAT for Roundtables
  • Creating 150 new creative ad variations per month
    • 75 Workshop Ads
    • 75 Book Review Ads
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of slides with reusable components, leveraging Acquisition.com and industry best practices to assist business owners in solving common problems.
  • Executive Presence: Produce a high NPS/customer satisfaction score across all roundtable and spotlight efforts you lead. Creating positive WOM and a memorable customer experience
  • Increase in Revenue & Profitability: Our consulting offers real-world solutions for businesses. We specialize in actionable strategies designed to accelerate growth and enhance profitability.
  • Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: All deliverables should be completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years in a Marketing Director role, demonstrating leadership, strategic decision-making, and measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in managing cold email, paid ads on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, preferably with marketing budgets ranging from 250k-2M/yr
  • Strong presentation skills able to communicate complex ideas in a simple fashion
  • Proven results in developing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes

Compensation
  • Base: $150-$180K + bonus

Location
  • Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid On-site)
  • Must relocate to Las Vegas
