We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. 

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and develop presentations as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and materials.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible for team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
