JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to C-Level Executives. Reporting directly to the CDO and CFOO, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The Executive Administrative Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support at least 2 C-Suite Executives with day-to-day tasks, general administration, and special projects.
- Provide back-up assistance to the President and Chief Executive Officer when their Executive Assistant is out of the office
- Manage competing priorities with multiple calendars and coordinate executive schedules ensuring calendars are up to date at all times.
- Schedule Board Committee meetings, venues, hospitality, manage/create/organize materials and presentations components, reminders & attendance, minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate individual and group meetings.
- Occasionally arrange travel (flights, hotel, ground transportation), update calendars, compile trip itineraries when necessary.
- In collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, support the cultivation and stewardship of donors including but not limited to drafting regular correspondence and planning events and meetings.
- Assist executives in managing internal communication and prioritization. This includes organizing and filtering email and messages, flagging and managing action items and tasks, and following up with key stakeholders as needed.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate cross-department group meetings led by executives.
- Prepare communications as well as proof and edit a wide variety of documents - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and more.

- Advanced problem-solving skills

- Capacity to work independently within a structured framework and be an effective team player
- Flexible and able to meet dynamic work needs and demands with a consistently high level of excellence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel), Adobe PDF, and DocuSign
- Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information

- Experience with Raiser's Edge fundraising software

- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
