About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Buyer to join a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. The role focuses on managing supply chains, purchasing materials, and driving cost-saving initiatives. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-tech environment, ensuring seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee supply chains for various customer programs in collaboration with Program Management.
  • Purchase materials and services to meet production requirements.
  • Monitor and manage purchase orders, expedite shortages, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and negotiate volume and cash discounts with vendors.
  • Resolve non-conforming material issues and manage excess materials to meet goals.
  • Coordinate production schedules and inventory availability across departments.
  • Take on special projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management; Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
