Join our high-performing Investment Banking Capital Market IT team as a QA Automation Engineer. Youll work with the latest technology stack to solve complex business problems. Our team operates within an Agile framework, ensuring a fast-paced, ready-to-deliver environment.
This position is based in our Cary, NC office, with work performed at the client site in Cary, NC. A hybrid working model is available, requiring three days per week in the office (fully remote is not an option). Fonctions et responsabilits:
Hands on QA Automation Developer who worked on Java/J2EE projects related technologies for multiple years in Investment Banking Capital Markets domain.
Define test strategy, test suites, test cases as well as design tools for QA/QE testing with a focus on automation. Define and implement improvements to project existing processes and automated tools with the goal of increased testing scope and efficiency. Develop and maintain automated scripts promoting reusable components and maintainability Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle:
Candidates with 6-8 years of experience in QA Automation Engineer. Define test strategy, test suites, test cases as well as design tools for QA/QE testing with a focus on automation. Define and implement improvements to project existing processes and automated tools with the goal of increased testing scope and efficiency. Develop and maintain automated scripts promoting reusable components and maintainability Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or Katalon Studio Executing tests using automated tools and reporting the outcomes. Conducting regression testing when bugs are resolved. Attending to all aspects of automation testing, including performance, security, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Updating automated scripts to adapt to new test cases or changes in software design. A solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality release of software products on time and within budget. Experience in automation testing of high performance, high availability, scalable, distributed applications capable of supporting straight through processing of large amount of data Experience in Java/J2EE Experience in Database like Oracle, Sybase, etc. Experience and functional domain knowledge of investment banking industry. Agile experience is valuable.
Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strong technical background

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400 - $154,300.
