We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to add to our team! The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our purchasing and asset management department. The ideal candidate will be reliable, capable of multi-tasking, have excellent communication skills and be able to organize their work using MS Office. If you have experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant and are familiar with our industry, we would like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receives, updates and reviews purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Update and modify company files using Excel, Word, and Adobe as needed.
  3. Maintains files for purchasing and asset team.
  4. Receive and relay messages, follow up on tasks, and provide general support to the team.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Three (3) years of experience involving record keeping.
  2. Reliable, with a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
  3. Ability to work with all levels of staff.
  4. Ability to communicate orally and in writing; process and update data; and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
