Position:

Geriatrician/Mobile Doctor, Regional Medical Director

Location: Northern and Central Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive medical assessments for elderly patients in diverse settings (home care, assisted living, nursing homes)
2. Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans to address the complex medical needs of seniors
3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
5. Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed
6. Provide leadership and clinical direction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP, PAs)

Qualifications:

1. MD or DO with a minimum of 2 years of medical practice experience
2. Specialized experience in geriatric care is required
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building meaningful relationships with elderly patients and their families
4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
5. Proven leadership qualities with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment

Pay: $215,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
