As the Director of Human Resources for Watts' North American operations, you will lead the HR function for manufacturing and distribution sites across the region, including production, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, supply chain, sourcing, and EHS/Facilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition - Americas, you will work onsite Monday-Friday and travel up to 25% to multiple sites.
In this senior leadership role, you will shape the company's HR vision, build a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, supporting the organization's growth and transformation.
You Will:
- Align HR initiatives with our operational goals, implementing workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute leadership development, training, and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the broader HR organization to strengthen our culture and goals.
- Provide strategic and tactical support for employee relations, offering coaching and advice on people-related strategies.
- Analyze and report key operational HR metrics.
