SERVPRO of Benicia/Martinez/Southeast Vallejo is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Job File Coordinator.
As an Administrative Assistant/JFC, you would assist office teammates and customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge in the restoration industry a plus!

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which would necessitate the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
