Job Summary
Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Financial Advisory Firm
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy financial advisory office in Golden Valley. This full-time, in-office role (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional client service
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and seminars (including using Calendly)
- Manage daily office workflow and maintain Redtail CRM (training available)
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or mortgage processing is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
