Position Details:
RN - ER- Lake Isabella, CA
Location : Lake Isabella, CA 93240
Project Duration : 13 weeks contract
Salary Range : $48/hr - $50/hr
Shift : Nights 5p-5a
Job Description:
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during shift.
- House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions during the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and/or Chief Executive Officer.
- Must have skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate competence in the care of the age and type of patient population served.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current California RN license with Nursing degree from accredited school, ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required and operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Must have experience as a staff nurse with management responsibilities, and ER experience preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills required and demonstration of interpersonal relationships in a manner that enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with patients, residents, family members, staff, the general public and *governmental agency representatives.
- Basic computer skills required.
