Office assistant to work with our team in the areas of answering service/support calls, scheduling jobs and projects, confirming our vendors' invoices, confirming and monitoring project progress, and other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Good phone personality with Customer Service background
  2. Excellent Data Entry Skills
  3. Good Organizational and time management skills
  4. Positive attitude and enjoys helping others
  5. Problem Solver, analytical thinker
  6. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  7. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar or related office positions
  8. Good references
  9. Trustworthy, good character, and integrity are all highly valued
