Office assistant to work with our team in the areas of answering service/support calls, scheduling jobs and projects, confirming our vendors' invoices, confirming and monitoring project progress, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Good phone personality with Customer Service background
- Excellent Data Entry Skills
- Good Organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and enjoys helping others
- Problem Solver, analytical thinker
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar or related office positions
- Good references
- Trustworthy, good character, and integrity are all highly valued
