Maintain a team attitude at all times. This includes both a conceptual and physical commitment to assist the other departments within the Dealership to reach common and individual goals. It is essential to recognize that customers do not view each department separately but rather as one Dealership. Therefore, to the degree that an issue or concern is raised where inter-departmental goals are at odds, it must always be settled in the best interest of the customer and Dealership as a whole.
