What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. You'll collaborate with various teams to manage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Employee Support & Compliance: Conduct background checks, process employee changes in ADP, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Onboarding & Benefits Administration: Assist with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and ensure fair policy application.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR records, track exit interviews, and generate reports for compliance and decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage HR processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and support a fast-paced HR environment.
- HR Experience: 3+ years of supporting HR functions experience preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using HR Software such as ADP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HIRS Platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with employees, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive mindset for identifying challenges and implementing effective HR solutions.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
