We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial efficiency and oversight of IT spending. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Upgrade complex Excel spreadsheets and models used for budgeting and planning.
• Create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline account mapping.
• Automate repetitive tasks and link files using macros and VBA.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all Excel-related tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and integrate data.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization using Excel.
• Train team members on best practices for Excel usage and data management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (Formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of automating data processes using Macros and VBA scripting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL for database querying.
• Background in data analysis and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
