What You Will Do

Recruitment and Hiring

1. Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
2. Work with hiring managers to find top talent
3. Post job openings and conduct interviews

Payroll and Accounting Support

1. Help process payroll with accuracy and compliance
2. Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks
3. Work with finance on payroll expenses

HR Administration and Compliance

1. Keep employee records up to date
2. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
3. Assist with general office and HR reporting tasks

What You Need

1. 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 1 year of recruiting
2. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices
3. Ability to multitask and stay organized
4. Great communication and people skills
