MAU Workforce Solutions is hiring: Manufacturing Engineer in Fountain Inn

MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Fountain Inn, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide manufacturing engineering support by troubleshooting and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure equipment safety, quality, and reliability while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a six month contract.

Shift Information:

• Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree

General Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems
• Proficient in systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills
• Highly organized self-starter with sound judgment
• Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service
• Capable of working independently and completing tasks within set guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint required, Power BI preferred)
• Experience with problem-solving tools such as PDCA and A3

Essential Functions:

• Provide manufacturing engineering support, including troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical maintenance, to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with Bosch’s standards and procedures
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and teamwork to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify and execute projects to improve machine safety, quality, and reliability
