Lineweight Studio is seeking a Project Manager for our office in Atlanta, GA. Roles and Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee architectural projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within scope, on budget, and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams. Essential Functions

Lead architectural projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, documentation, and construction phases. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans. Monitor project performance and address any risks or issues to ensure timely delivery. Daily coordination with Principal in Charge. Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables. Team Coordination

Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure the project aligns with client requirements, building codes, and firm standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders to integrate various disciplines into cohesive project delivery. Manage a team of Designer I and/or Designer II-level employees. Set phase budgets, establish deadlines, organize tasks, and monitor project progress. Maintain your own daily timesheet and ensure that your team is keeping up with theirs. Assist with staff training. Design, Documentation, and Compliance

Lead and/or assist Principal with design tasks. Oversee the preparation of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning, life safety, building, and accessibility codes. Attend Construction Administration site visits and oversee generation of field reports. Oversee the execution of CA tasks such as submittal review and requests for information (RFIs) response. Quality Control and Risk Management

Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to maintain quality standards. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications

4-6 years of experience, including 1-3 years of experience managing architectural projects. Proficiency in drafting and production software (Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methods, and building codes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus but not required. This is an in-person role for our office in Atlanta, GA. The annual salary range for the Project Manager position is based on local markets.
