Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our client, Randstad, in Washington, DC. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to drive strategic technical leadership across the organization.
Requirements Architect and Design Solutions:
Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and industry best practices. Technical Leadership:
Guide development teams in Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integrations. System Administration & Optimization:
Manage system architecture, security settings, user permissions, and workflow automation to enhance platform efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Customization & Development:
Utilize both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities to meet complex business requirements. Integration Management:
Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Deployment & Data Migration:
Oversee the deployment process and data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions and system functionality. Performance & Compliance:
Maintain system scalability and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement:
Keep abreast of new Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to recommend system enhancements. Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration. Experience leading Salesforce deployment and integration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
