Salesforce Solution Architect - Only on W2
Location: Washington, DC
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design Solutions: Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce configurations, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integrations.
- System Administration & Optimization: Oversee system architecture, security settings, user permissions, and workflow automation to enhance platform efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Customization & Development: Leverage declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities, including Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom development with Apex and JavaScript.
- Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Deployment & Data Migration: Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices, including metadata API, change sets, and data migration using Data Loader and SOQL.
- Performance & Compliance: Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to drive ongoing system enhancements and optimizations.
