Control Room Operator Leader

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC); Director, Utilities and Power Plant Operations; Rotating Operations Branch A, B, C or D. The selectee is a Control Room Operator Leader assigned to an operations shift. The workforce includes three Power Plant Operators/Operator Helpers and a High Voltage Electrician. The work directed involves the safe, efficient, and effective operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, cogeneration systems, and associated auxiliary equipment. You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT: Ability to do the work of a Control Room Operator Leader without more than normal supervision.
