• Technical Support and Troubleshooting
o Provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer
systems, software, and hardware.
o Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues for users promptly to minimize downtime.
o Identifies and resolves technical hardware and software issues.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance
o Installs, configures, and maintains computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
o Performs regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• IT Administration
o Assists in the administration of IT systems, including user account management and access control.
o Monitors system performance and implements adjustments to improve reliability and efficiency.
o Maintains documentation related to IT systems and procedures and IT inventory records.
o Coordinates procurement and disposal of IT equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
• Network Support
o Troubleshoots network connectivity issues and implements solutions.
o Assists in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, including routers and switches.
o Ensures network security and integrity, including firewall management.
• User Support and Training
o Sets up and configures workstations for new users.

o Creates user guides and documentation to facilitate user self-help.
