Overview of the Position: The Associate Director of Campus Ministry supports the Director of Campus Ministry in the spiritual formation of the Bishop Blanchet community by supporting programming related to prayer, reception of sacraments, liturgies, retreats, and pastoral care. There is an administrative and ministerial role to the job. The administrative role can be seen in the overseeing of the programs, and the ministerial role can be seen in presence at events that impact the lives of students, faculty, and staff. Specifically, the major areas listed below are included in this role. The list is not intended to be exhaustive or all-inclusive.

Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or related field preferred) Key Responsibilities: Student Retreats and Faith Formation Research, design, and implement re-envisioned retreat programs for freshmen and sophomores. Plan, coordinate and facilitate the Junior Retreat, the Urban Plunge Retreat, and the Wilderness Retreat. Design and implement student leadership and peer ministry training for retreats. Coordinate faculty and staff support for retreats. Ensure retreat programs align with Catholic teachings and provide opportunities for spiritual growth, reflection, and community building. Mentor students in their faith journey, promoting Gospel values and personal growth. Faculty and Staff Faith Formation

Support the planning and execution of faculty and staff retreats. Collaborate on monthly faith formation events to foster spiritual growth and community among school personnel. Liturgical Planning and Worship

Coordinate all-school liturgies, including Masses, prayer services, and reconciliation services. Collaborate with clergy, musicians, faculty, and student leaders to ensure engaging and meaningful liturgical celebrations. Organize student involvement in liturgical ministries such as lectors, altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, and musicians. Provide spiritual guidance and resources for student-led prayer experiences and reflections. Administrative and Collaborative Leadership Work as part of a team alongside the Director of Campus Ministry and the Associate Director of DEI & Service to ensure the seamless coordination of Campus Ministry programs. Assist in maintaining and updating the Campus Ministry calendar and communications. Support faculty, staff, and students in deepening their understanding of Catholic social teaching and faith-based leadership. Help manage logistics, transportation, and planning for retreats, liturgies, and service programs. Other Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director of Campus Ministry. Compensation and Summary of Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and education Salary Range: $72,137 - 88,168
