Estate Planning Attorney

to lead high-stakes cases for individuals, families, and businesses. This role offers the opportunity to craft tailored solutions in trusts, wills, and tax-efficient strategies, ensuring clients' legacies are protected and their goals are realized. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in estate law with a passion for client advocacy and a commitment to delivering results-driven legal services. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $130,000–$150,000 annually, reflecting competitive market rates for mid-to-senior-level roles. Key Responsibilities Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation:

Draft and review trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning documents. Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies, including gift tax, estate tax, and charitable planning. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to implement comprehensive plans. Probate & Trust Administration:

Manage probate proceedings, including asset transfers, creditor claims, and estate tax filings. Administer trusts, ensuring compliance with fiduciary duties and beneficiary interests. Client Relationship Management:

Provide empathetic guidance to clients navigating sensitive family or financial matters. Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and maintain proactive client communication. Legal Research & Compliance:

Stay updated on state and federal regulations impacting trusts, estates, and tax laws. Conduct due diligence to identify risks and opportunities in estate structures. Qualifications Education & Credentials:

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in). 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration. Skills:

Expertise in estate tax planning, probate litigation, and trust administration. Proficiency in tax software (e.g., estate/gift tax returns) and document management systems. Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex issues for clients.
