Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Location: Plano, Texas (hybrid available, after 90 days)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. This role will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.

Perform data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.

Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce users.

Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce platform, including system performance, security, and data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.

Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.

Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ solutions, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Boomi.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or others.
