Responsibilities—Service Advisor:

  • Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work while ensuring optimal shop capacity.
  • Greet customers, discuss vehicle issues, and advise on services, costs, special promotions and timelines.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle from drop-off through completion, providing timely updates to customers.
  • Upon service completion, review the work order with the customer to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining communication throughout the service process.



Requirements—Service Advisor:

  • 2+ years of service advisor or service department experience preferred
  • Experience with CDK and prior franchised dealership experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
