Hyundai Athens is known as the new and used Hyundai dealer that drivers prefer in Athens, Winder, Braselton, Monroe, Jefferson, and Watkinsville, Georgia. Due to a high volume of customer inquiries we need to hire a BDC Representative. We are looking for motivated and goal-driven candidates who can make an immediate impact on our busy BDC center. We strive to be the best and are looking for someone with the same mindset.

Responsibilities – BDC Representative:
- Directs customers to product information resources
- Handles all Internet sales and service inquiries personally
- Sets appointments for dealership
- Will be on the phone and computer all-day
- Will be responsible for inbound phone calls and high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently, and responding to inquiries
Requirements – BDC Representative:
- Dealership experience preferred but we will train
- Telephone or retail sales is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated and energetic
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Needs a great phone voice
- Professional personal appearance
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
