We are pioneering a highly cost-efficient electrolyzer technology and are looking for driven engineers and scientists to play a vital role in our journey to scale this groundbreaking technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop and uphold rigorous safety protocols. Independently design, prioritize, and conduct electrochemical experiments. Effectively analyze and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences. Design, build, and operate electrochemical and non-electrochemical test setups, including electrolyzer systems. Assist in the operations and maintenance of technical facilities across the entire process chain. Contribute to the development of intellectual property aimed at enhancing low-cost green hydrogen production. Qualifications: Experience working in hazardous chemical and electrical environments within a team setting. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of hands-on electrochemical experience, particularly with electrolyzers, fuel cells, or similar technologies. Knowledge and skills in fluid handling systems, process piping, and control systems. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization tools (Excel, Python, MATLAB, R). Preferred Qualifications: 3-4 years of electrochemical experience and/or advanced academic credentials. Experience in startup environments or fast-paced R&D settings. Ability to adapt and respond to evolving engineering challenges. Strong troubleshooting abilities in both electrochemical and non-electrochemical domains. Hands-on experience with operating electrolyzer or fuel cell stacks. Familiarity with CAD software, shop tools, and power tools.
