What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders to assess vendor risks Evaluate vendors based on risk profiles and monitor their performance Develop comprehensive vendor management reports to track key performance indicators and compliance Engage in the full vendor lifecycle, including risk assessments and ongoing monitoring Support executive and quarterly business vendor reviews to evaluate performance and alignment
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management for medium to large enterprises Strong understanding of risk oversight tools and vendor management best practices Proven ability to track vendor performance metrics and manage underperforming vendors Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, Tableau, Asana, Workday Financials, and Auditboard TPRM Certifications such as Certified Vendor Management Professional (CVMP) or Certified Supplier Management Professional (CSMP) Familiarity with third-party risk management programs specific to the financial services industry
